“Our vision is that every young person reaches their full potential in an inclusive school environment, despite their circumstances.”
What is Inspire Me?
Inspire Me is a social enterprise passionate about supporting young people to fulfill their potential.
We support schools by engaging with hard to engage young people with an excellent programme of support. Our work has an impact across the whole school due to improvements in behaviour and our work around growth mindsets.
What do we do?
Our model is about building trust and positive relationships with young people. We support young people to become more emotionally resilient. We deliver bespoke inclusion programmes for disaffected young people at risk of exclusion within the school environment. Our unique approach supports young people to modify their behaviour and develop important work related skills.
Social Action Project
We aim to empower young people to work on a social action project which addresses important current issues. This project forms the basis of the work with the students but we also incorporate other key work around this project.
British Values and Preventing Radicalisation
We embed work around British Values in our programme of activities and also focus some of our work on extremism, looking at both right wing extremism and Islamic extremism. We illustrate this through practical sessions looking at ways in which the media and social media can influence the way we think and believe.
We utilise our links with businesses and other key organisations to add value to the work we do and are always reviewing how we can improve our work.
